Whether you need this class for a job or simply because you’re a Good Samaritan, you will leave more equipped to help save a life.

Who Needs CPR Certification Renewal?

You are required to renew your certification every two years. If you have a nearly expired certificate or expired card, you can take our course to regain CPR/AED/BLS credentials.

What to Expect in Your CPR Recertification

You will go through training similar to your initial course. We will review how to —

  • Identify the CPR steps
  • Find a pulse
  • Perform finger and palm chest compressions
  • Use the AED machine
  • Help restore regular breathing

After you’ve received your recertification, you can proceed with assisting with CPR during emergencies, whether attending to an infant, child, or adult.

FAQS

How long does CPR certification last?

OSHA and AHA require that you must renew your certification every two years. This is to help you stay aware of the practices and be able to give high-quality care.

When can I take my CPR renewal course?

We provide CPR renewal classes every week. Simply register for the class time that is most convenient for you.

How will I complete the CPR renewal certification course?

Before Covid, the CPR recertification courses lasted approximately four hours. Our in-person certification classes are now a portion of that time because we provide some pre-class training elements. After signing up, you will receive instructional elements that you must complete before attending the class.

This training fulfills 100% AHA BLS CPR and AED Healthcare Provider certification requirements. When you attend our CPR renewal class, you will gain the best CPR training, go through all testing required, and be able to continue providing excellent care during an emergency!

As a note, be aware of some online options that do not include an in-person element. To be fully certified by the AHA and to stay in compliance with your job, you must complete your skills check with a trained professional.
